1. Our Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in our ability to provide fast and effective eTA assistance. We offer a money-back guarantee on our service fee under specific conditions. This policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

2.1. Service Timeframe Guarantee

We guarantee to deliver a final outcome on your application (approval, government request for correction, or rejection) within the timeframe promised for your selected service:

  • Expedite Existing Application: 24 Hours
  • New Application - Premium: 24 Hours
  • New Application - Standard: 72 Hours

If we fail to deliver an outcome within this period, you are eligible for a 100% refund of our service fee. You can request a refund at any time after the promised duration has passed.

2.2. Application Rejection

If your eTA application is ultimately rejected by the Government of Somalia after we have provided our service, you are eligible for a 100% refund of our service fee.

3. Non-Refundable Fees and Scenarios

3.1. Government Fees

The fee charged by the Government of Somalia for the eTA application is **non-refundable** under all circumstances once an application has been submitted to their portal. Our refund guarantee applies only to the service fee paid to eTASomalia.com.

3.2. Delays Caused by Government Correction Requests

For existing applications that we expedite, if the government sends a correction link to you due to errors or issues with your original submission, any resulting delays are not our fault. Our role is to advocate and facilitate this communication. The 24-hour guarantee does not apply to the time it takes for you to make corrections and for the government to re-review the application. However, if the application is ultimately rejected after corrections, you will still receive a refund of our service fee as per section 2.2.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 10 Minutes: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 10 minutes of payment for a full refund of the service fee.
  • Cancellation After 10 Minutes: If you request a cancellation after we have already begun processing your application (typically after 10 minutes), the service fee becomes non-refundable as our work has already commenced.

5. Sponsor Letter Assistance Fee

If you purchase our service to help obtain a Sponsor Letter, this specific service fee is fully refundable if we are unable to provide you with a valid sponsor letter. If we successfully provide the letter, this fee is non-refundable, even if the eTA application is later rejected.

6. Force Majeure

eTASomalia.com is not liable for failures or delays in service due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, government portal shutdowns, system failures of the immigration department, acts of war, natural disasters, or major political events. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. How to Request a Refund

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, we will process it immediately. You can typically expect the funds to be returned to your original payment method within **5 business hours**, but it may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
